A. History:
Sepehr electric household appliances manufacturing incorporation was established in 1980 in order to manufacture water- cooler, gas/oil water- heater, gas/oil heater, refrigerator, freezer, gas/stove and washing-machine.
On the basis of years of study and experience, sepehr electric co. Is one of the first leading household appliance producer in iran and the most famous brand among iranian consumers.

B. Philosophy:
Promotion of quality is our everyday job to satisfy the needs of customers and attendance in international market is also the main aim for the staff working in sepehr electric co.

C. Slogan:
To be the best and also to become more successful than yesterday is our motto in action. To keep living areas warm in winter and cool in summer, have been our slogan since 1979, the date sepehr electric was founded.
We have recently started washing machine production to be more helpful inside houses and closer to sepehr electric clients.

D. Personnel:
The number of personnels at the beginning was 45 but now exceed 1000 qualified employees,48 percent with b. S. Or b. A. And more university educated grades. Most of the employees have taken special courses regarding their position and knowledge promotion is our year round procedure to increase and update the team efficiency.
The small sepehr electric factory in 1980, now consists of 21 departments such as technical, industrial, quality control, engineering, research and development, training and quality assurance management. All these departments are supported from tehran headquarter by purchasing, selling, pecuniary, administrative and after sale service affairs.


E. Achievement:
All sepehr electric products have been certified by iranian standard institute, and to assure customers the quality assurance system iso 9002 was awarded by germanischer lloyd from germany. Ce certificate will be achieved in near future which enables sepehr electric to attend european market too.

A. Purchasing
Sepehr electric purchases best quality raw material from local and european countries: All are checked by q. C. Employees according to the related procedure. The skilled workers, under the continous supervision of qualified engineers, carry out the production cycle and guarantee the quality of the products.
B. Quality control
There are many quality control stations to check the process of production at different stages. The workers and all who are involved in production, feel responsible to the consumers and satisfaction of clients is their aim during production ; they are obliged to follow iso 9002 instruction step by step.
C. Research & development
Research and development department is involved modification and innovation with regards to customers' point of views. Due to available potentiality at sepehr electric factory, the increase of variety of products is a target that research and development department follows everyday in order to answer custumers' demands in time
